Finding the right Tech Lead for a consultancy is a bit like finding a unicorn that actually knows how to code. You need the technical chops to build the thing, the patience to explain it to a Director, and the social grace to keep the team rowing in the same direction. 

At some companies, "Tech Lead" is just a fancy title for someone who spends 40 hours a week in spreadsheets. That’s not us. We’re looking for a Cloud Tech Lead who still gets a kick out of opening an IDE.

You’re the bridge between high-level strategy and the actual "how-to." You aren't just managing the team; you are in the team.

We believe the best leaders are those who stay sharp. You can expect a minimum of 50% hands-on engineering work.

• The Easy Days: You’re building, deploying, and mentoring. 

What you'll do

• Driving the Ship: This isn't an administrative role. You are a Team Lead in every sense; guiding project delivery from concept to "it's alive!" 

• Translating "Tech" to "Human": You’ll be chatting with Directors and Engineering Managers one hour, and pair-programming with a dev the next. You need to speak both languages fluently

• Managing the Vibe: You know how to manage people and expectations in a clear, friendly and inclusve manner. We value autonomy, proactivity, and, most importantly, being someone people actually enjoy working with

Who are you?

Tech has probably been a vital form of interest in your life, and you might have started out tinkering with games, or solving problems by creating technical solutions, or maybe just had that mind-set sayin "I want to to know how and why it works!".

You might have started of your career in sw development, system engineering or as DevOps and somewhere along the way you also learned that you have an interest in leading/mentoring people.

You would probably describe yourself as:

Technically Senior: You’ve been around the cloud block. You have the seniority to back up your decisions and the competence to earn the team's respect

Tech Skills:

• Architectural-level competence required in at least one of the three hyperscalers: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

• Infrastructure as Code

• CI/CD experience with automated code deployment

• Container orchestration

• Observability tools

• Configuration management

Bonus:

Development experience in languages like Go or Python is beneficial for understanding developer experience, automation, and infrastructure as code

Buzzword bingo:

AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Terraform, Pulumi, SDK, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, Ansible, Go, Python, Docker

Language requirement

Fluency in Swedish is a very-nice-to-have and English is a must. Why? Because most of our collaborations and client projects are conducted in Swedish
