What you'll do

Right now, we are a tight-knit team of 19 senior professionals (soon to be 21), and we are looking for our next colleague. Someone who can act as the vital link between big-picture business strategy and hands-on execution.

• Drive the Transformation: This isn't an administrative or theoretical role. You will manage complex IT transformation programs, lead IT organizations, and take on heavy interim assignments.

• Translate "Strategy" to "Reality": You’ll be chatting with C-level executives and CIOs one hour, and coordinating with technical project managers or vendor teams the next. You need to speak both languages fluently.

• Manage the Vibe: You know how to manage stakeholders and high expectations in a clear, honest, and direct manner. We value a great attitude, autonomy, and proactivity.

The Strategy Days: You will align IT initiatives with business goals, develop digital transformation roadmaps, or architect cloud migration plans. Your typical client is a CIO who needs a trusted advisor to navigate a complex and sometimes chaotic IT landscape.

The Execution Days: We don't just advise; we step in and drive the change. Whether it's a complex "carve-out" project, building modern IT organizations, or stepping into interim line roles like CIO or Product Owner (PO), you are on-site with the crew making sure it actually happens.

Who are you?

You are an experienced and humble transformer of tech, IT and organizations, who has been around the block. You have seen how large organizations operate from the inside, and you're also well-versed in the advisory nature of the consulting role. You don't wait for a manual to tell you how to fix a broken IT organization, you step in, analyze the chaos, and structure the way forward.

You would probably describe yourself as:

• Seasoned and battle-tested: You have the seniority to back up your decisions and the competence to earn the respect of seasoned CIOs.

• Project-Driven: You have a proven track record of driving complex projects across the finish line, not just riding along in the passenger seat.

• Pragmatic, honest and NICE: You choose transparency over buzzwords and focus on real value rather than pretty presentations. Most of all, you treat your fellow humans well. No self-inflated egos are wanted or needed.

Skills & Background:

• 10-15+ years of experience within IT management roles like Head of Ops, Head of IT Applications, Digital Asset Manager, Product Owner,

• You have experience from both the consultant side and actual line-management work

• You are comfortable stepping into "stökiga organisationer" and creating order from chaos, as well as building IT & Tech orgs from ground up

• Fluency in Swedish and English is required
