As an IT management consultant with Playground, there will be a wide variety of different assignments within our areas of expertise including;

Strategic Advisory

• Align IT initiatives with the company’s business strategy

• Develop IT roadmaps, digital transformation strategies, or cloud migration plans

• Advise leadership on technology governance, risk management, and cost optimization

Technology & Process Improvement

• Analyze current systems and IT operations to identify inefficiencies or risks

• Recommend improvements in infrastructure, security, software portfolios, or vendor management

• Design target operating models and help implement IT process frameworks

Program & Project Leadership

• Manage complex IT transformation programs — such as ERP replacements, integrations, or modernization projects

• Coordinate between business units, vendors, and technical teams

• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery

Change & Stakeholder Management

• Communicate the impact of new systems or processes across the organization

• Ensure user adoption and training plans are in place

• Act as a bridge between C-level executives and technical experts

To be successful in this role, we believe that you should fulfil this profile:

• Approximately 10 years of experience in project management, preferably from
  larger organizations/international companies with a complex IT landscape

• Understanding of enterprise IT architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and
  data management

• Strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into IT initiatives

• Familiarity with IT process frameworks and IT security frameworks
